1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 11spinph website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the 11spinph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 11spinph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 11spinph or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or have had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of 11spinph, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify 11spinph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 11spinph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 11spinph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

11spinph reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 11spinph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 for bank transfer transactions (BPI, BDO, Metrobank).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
• 11spinph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours, subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
• 11spinph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• 11spinph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

11spinph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 11spinph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• 11spinph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 11spinph Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 11spinph does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 11spinph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• For sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events, 11spinph uses official results as declared by the relevant governing body or sports organization to settle bets.
• 11spinph reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your 11spinph account balance promptly following official result confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11spinph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided and the account terminated.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 11spinph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 11spinph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 11spinph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 11spinph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

The 11spinph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 11spinph. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 11spinph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 11spinph is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or game results caused by technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 11spinph reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Any real-money balance remaining in your account following a legitimate termination (i.e., not for cause) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 11spinph support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

11spinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
